The Pellegrin family, who also run Le Prao Plage, opened your new Maïmo restaurant in December 2023. It is waiting for you with a sophisticated, celebratory ambiance. A sophisticated lunch and supper menu that features only the freshest ingredients is available; it changes every month! In addition, there's a contemporary cocktail menu for DJ nights and blind testing, along with an excellent selection of wines and champagnes. Customers enjoy the Maïmo's comedy club atmosphere during the off-peak season.
